This website provides general health education and clinic-navigation information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical advice, and it does not create a patient-provider relationship. A licensed clinician confirms anything consequential for your care.
Emergencies and crisis support
This website and portal are not monitored around the clock. Call 911 for a medical emergency. Call or text 988 for suicidal thoughts or emotional crisis. Do not use portal messages to report an emergency.
GLP-1 and prescription therapy
Any discussion of GLP-1 medication on this site is general education. Eligibility depends on a full clinical evaluation, your history, medicines, and labs. Prescriptions are dispensed only through licensed pharmacies. Results differ between people and are not guaranteed.
What the portal stores
Your account holds the information you enter — weights, BMI, meals, activity, weekly journals, private progress photos, appointment context — plus notes your care team records. Photos are stored in private storage and are never publicly linked.
Who can see it
You can always see your own record. Providers and administrators at the practice can see patient records to deliver care. Patients cannot see other patients' data, and patients have no access to administrative tools. Sent messages and clinical notes cannot be edited or deleted, so the history stays accurate.
Reminders and contact consent
Appointment reminders are only prepared for a patient when that patient has opted in and a delivery channel has been verified by the office. Email reminders require a verified sending domain and text reminders require a configured provider and written consent; until then reminders appear inside the portal for staff only.
Copying and screenshots
Progress photos are stored privately and shown only to you and your care team. No website can prevent someone from photographing or screenshotting a screen, so only upload what you are comfortable storing, and keep your account password private.
