Chesapeake, Virginia. All times are clinic time (Eastern). We see patients Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday is our admin day, and we are closed on weekends.

The clinic is closed from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch on open days. Thursday is our admin day, so there are no patient visits that day. Hours can change for holidays, weather and provider availability — please call 757-469-1452 to confirm before you travel.

    Add to my calendar

    “Add to my calendar” works on most phones and Macs. If nothing happens, copy the link and follow the steps below.

    Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

    1. iPhone or iPad: open Settings, then Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
    2. Mac: open Calendar, then File → New Calendar Subscription.
    3. Paste the link and choose Subscribe. Set Auto-refresh to Every day.

    Google Calendar

    1. On a computer, open Google Calendar (a phone cannot add subscriptions).
    2. Beside “Other calendars” select the plus sign, then From URL.
    3. Paste the link and choose Add calendar. It appears on your phone too within a few hours.

    Outlook

    1. Open Outlook on the web and go to Calendar.
    2. Select Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
    3. Paste the link, give it a name such as Wellness & Balance, and select Import.

    Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own timetable — usually within a day, and sometimes longer. For anything urgent, please check this page or call the clinic. Dates that depend on a rotation we have not confirmed yet are left out rather than guessed.
