“Add to my calendar” works on most phones and Macs. If nothing happens, copy the link and follow the steps below.
Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, then Apps → Calendar → Calendar Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Mac: open Calendar, then File → New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the link and choose Subscribe. Set Auto-refresh to Every day.
Google Calendar
- On a computer, open Google Calendar (a phone cannot add subscriptions).
- Beside “Other calendars” select the plus sign, then From URL.
- Paste the link and choose Add calendar. It appears on your phone too within a few hours.
Outlook
- Open Outlook on the web and go to Calendar.
- Select Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
- Paste the link, give it a name such as Wellness & Balance, and select Import.
Calendar apps refresh subscriptions on their own timetable — usually within a day, and sometimes longer. For anything urgent, please check this page or call the clinic. Dates that depend on a rotation we have not confirmed yet are left out rather than guessed.
