Privacy, acceptable use & community policy

Information you share with us — through a request form, the patient portal, or a message — is used to arrange and provide your care. We do not sell it. Staff see only what their role requires, and every provider and administrator account is individually identified.

Files you upload go straight into private storage that is not reachable from the public website. They stay quarantined until safety checks are complete.

Our health guides explain common conditions in plain language. They are general education. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for care from a clinician who knows your history. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here.

The guides, images, branding and portal materials on this site belong to Wellness & Balance LLC. You are welcome to read them, print them for yourself, and share a link. Republishing, selling, or reusing them commercially without written permission is not allowed.

Please do not:

• upload or share another person's health or personal information without their authorization;
• try to reach accounts, records or areas that are not yours;
• use the portal to harass anyone or to send content that is unlawful;
• copy patient information out of the portal for any purpose other than your own care.

If these rules are broken we may limit or close the account, remove access, notify the people affected or the appropriate authorities, and take other steps available to us — always in line with applicable law and our own policies.

Protected areas of this site sit behind sign-in and role-based access, sensitive pages carry a confidentiality reminder and a light watermark, and casual copying is discouraged on some patient screens.

To be clear: no website can prevent screenshots, photographs of a screen, copying, or note-taking. These measures are deterrents and reminders, not guarantees. Anyone viewing a page can capture what is on it using their own device. Please treat your own screen, and anyone else's information, with that in mind.

None of these measures interfere with screen readers, keyboard navigation, text zoom or other assistive tools, and they are not applied to provider or administrator screens.

We are building Spanish versions of our resources and consent wording. Until a translation has been reviewed by a qualified person, it is labelled as in review, and the English text remains the official version for clinical and legal meaning.
